Michael Corbitt, VP, Retail South
Mike Corbitt joined Harsch in 2000 to spearhead the Alameda Towne Centre (then South Shore Center) redevelopment project managing day-to-day operations and leasing. After 10 years and an $85M redevelopment, Harsch sold the project for $181M to German-owned Jamestown Properties. Mike now directs the South Region Retail portfolio which currently includes two redevelopment projects -- 111 Town Center in Palm Desert, and Von Karman Plaza in Irvine -- as well as two centers in Las Vegas and one shopping center in La Quinta. Before working at Harsch, Mike worked for Trammel Crow in their Foster City office. Mike is an active member of ICSC. He and his family reside in Livermore, CA.
