Portland, Oregon has been the home office for Harsch Investment Properties since its inception in 1950. Today, it also serves as headquarters for the Portland regional office. Its staff manages 31 flex and multi-tenant industrial, office and retail properties, totaling over 2.7 million square feet. In addition, our multi-family division, headquartered at the home office, manages over 1,300 multi-family units in the area. They includr downtown highrises, Northwest neighborhood apartments, and low-income housing for the elderly and those with disabilities.

The company's industrial properties range in style and location, such as Allen Business Center in the heart of the westside Silicon Forest, Stockyards Commerce Center on the Columbia River and Rivergate Distribution Center on Port of Portland land to the east. This maximizes the company's flexibility to locate a business optimally. Harsch's office product serves a variety of business needs in the region.
